Admission Criteria

To be considered for admission into Honest Living, LLC clients:

• Must be over the age of 18 years old with an ID diagnosis
• Must be Medicaid eligible and need 24-hour supervision.
• Must be in need of help with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation and household chores.
• Must require a residential setting and are best served in a community- based group home that offers long-term or transitional care.

Referrals to Honest Living, LLC are most often through public agencies such as the Department of Social Services, Independent Living Programs, CSB’s, FAPT etc. Appropriate applicants are individuals that require a residential setting and are best served in a community- based group home that offers long-term or transitional care.
